Is my username email address always the same as my contact email address? |
|
If you signed up to Your Account after July 2008, the email address you've given us will also be your username. You can change the email address we use to contact you at any time just go to 'Your Profile > Personal'. This won't change your username, which will stay the same.

Spam filters and anti virus software |
- If you use an email spam filter on your email, please make sure the email addresses eBilling@bt.com and ebilling4business@bt.com are unblocked so you'll be able to receive emails from us.
- It's also helpful if you add these email addresses into your contacts list in your email programme.
