Step 1 - Enter your details |
| Enter some basic personal information to set up your online profile.

| A Enter your first and last name and type your email address twice (to avoid giving a mistyped one). Please use your preferred email address. It will be used as your username and for online billing. |
| B Choose a security question and memorable event (preferably not your birthday) that you are likely to remember. We will ask for for one or both of these if we need to remind you of your username or password. |
| C Untick this box if you do not wish to be contacted via email with BT special offers. Click 'Next' to continue the sign up. |
