What is a payment holiday?

A payment holiday offers the chance to temporarily stop a monthly payment if your account is in credit.

How long can I take a payment holiday for?

A payment holiday will be for the maximum of 3 months.

How do I know when my payment holiday is going to end?

When setting a payment holiday up you will be advised of the next date a payment will be requested and this will be displayed on the Payments page.

Will I still receive a bill?

Yes you will continue to receive a bill.

There will be no indication of a payment holiday with the bill details.
