If you wish to see the status of a single order, go to 'Your account' and click on ' Order tracking'. You will need your order number to see a summary of your order. To view further details about your order such as the products or services that your have ordered, you will need to login or register at www.bt.com/business/youraccount.

To see the status of multiple orders, you will need to login or register to view your account online. Once logged in at www.bt.com/business/youraccount, click on 'Order tracking' to see multiple orders for each of your BT accounts.

You will be sent an order number along with your order confirmation. You can use this order number to track your order online.

If you have several orders placed within one or more of your BT accounts, your will need to quote your project number when contacting our helpdesk. The project number allows us to track a group of orders and update you more efficiently. Project numbers are often supplied when moving premises.

At this time, we are unable to offer this facility online. However, if you call our helpdesk on 0800 800 152, we will do our best to amend your delivery or appointment date to suit your needs.
