Whole Bill Direct Debit offers a convenient way to settle your quarterly phone bill in one payment. If you decide to pay your bills this way, we will continue to send you a bill through the post. Bills will arrive 10 working days before your payment is due to be taken by Direct Debit. It's for your records only and there's no need to do anything when you receive it. If you check your bill, it will tell you when your Direct Debit payment will be taken from your account to settle the bill.
