If you want to access the online services available at BT.com, you'll need to sign up and build your profile. It's easy to do - just enter details including your name, email address, address and BT account number. All this information helps you build your profile and once you've done it, you can: View the total cost of calls since your last bill, manage your Friends & Family numbers, get unlimited 118 500 Directory Enquiry searches. In addition, when you sign up to pay your bill online, you'll be able to: View itemised bills, sort your calls by name, number or cost, create graphs and reports, still receive your paper bill, go paper-free, view itemised lists of recent calls up to 10pm the previous evening (fixed lines only).
