Inclusive

If a product is described as inclusive, (e.g. BT Broadband Talk Evening & Weekend is inclusive with BT Total Broadband) it means that the additional product is available to you at no extra cost.

The Integrated Services Digital Network allows the transmission of digital rather than analogue signals. This means a user can connect to the Internet over a standard phone line. It provides higher speeds than a traditional modem dial-up connection.

Itemised bills

Your online bill will be fully itemised bill, showing all the details of every call that you have made in that billing period. This will include the date, time and duration of call.
