Staying connected

Step 1

Just because your phone's not working doesn't mean you can't stay in touch. Our simple guide shows you how you can add notes to the fault, set up a free Call Diversion or Out of Service message, plus sign up for text message updates. You can also view details about the fault and check what stage we're at with the repair. There are two ways to use this service:
  1. When you report a fault. You'll find these services at the bottom of the line test results page, excluding the Add a note feature.
  2. When you track the progress of the fault repair. You'll find these services at the bottom of the Fault details page, including the Add a note feature.

BSign up to receive text messages so you'll know how we're progressing with the repair.
CTo keep you connected, we can divert your calls to another landline or mobile number, free of charge.
DAlternatively, we can set up a recorded message that lets callers know that your line is being repaired.
