Tracking a fault

As soon as you've reported a phone line fault you can check the progress of the repair, so you'll know what's being done to fix the problem.

AYou'll find the main Faults reporting and tracking page in the Your account area.
BYou can learn what stage the repair is at here. You can also add further notes to your fault report, set up a free Call Diversion or Out of Service message or arrange to receive text message updates.
