This step-by-step guide helps you to report a phone line fault so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
Report and track a fault main page
AYou'll find the main Faults reporting page in the Your account area.
BIt's always worth checking your phone equipment and connections first before you report a fault. You might be able to fix it quicker than we can. Please note there may a charge if an engineer visits your property and finds something that you could easily have been fixed on your own. For example, if your phone is broken or has been left unplugged.
CYou can only report landline phone faults on this page. If you have problems with your broadband connection, you'll find support here.
DIf you're trying to ring a friend or relative and you think that their phone line's faulty, you can report the problem for them.
