Managing your Address book |
Step 2 - Add, edit and delete contacts

| Here is the first page of your Address book. You can add, edit and delete contact details as well as find links to email contacts. You can also change the way your Address book is displayed. |

| AYou can quickly find a particular contact by typing their name or part of it into the Find box and then clicking Go. |
| BYou can choose to view just personal, just business or all contacts by selecting the appropriate option and clicking View. |
| CClicking on a letter displays all the names in your contacts list beginning with that letter. |
| DClicking Previous or Next takes you to the preceding or following pages in the Address book. |
| EClicking on a name in the Address book takes you to the detail page that displays all the information you have for that contact. Here you can add, change or delete their personal information. |
| FClicking Add contact takes you to a page where you can enter the personal details of someone you wish to include in your Address book |
| GYou can remove a contact from your Address book by checking the box next to their name, then clicking Delete. |
| HClicking Send email takes you to the page where you can select email recipients and enter a subject, which will automatically fill in your email application. |
| IClicking Preferences takes you to the page where you change your Address book to display information differently. |
