Notifications of new or amended terms & conditions

1. New or amended terms and conditions which we have notified in advance to the Office of Communications ("Ofcom") but which have not yet come into effect. BT is obliged to notify such changes to Ofcom under the terms of the Communications Act 2003. Customers should note that advance notification to Ofcom for changes to terms & conditions covers BT's main network services. Advanced notification to Ofcom is not required for many of BT's products and services;

2. Terms and conditions which we are amending and the variation (or changing the contract) paragraph of those terms & conditions requires us to publish the changes on bt.com.

Entries are listed in the order of notification with the most recent appearing at the top. BT may, at its discretion, remove a notification from the list on the date when its period of notice expires.

Broadband Rental Charge Increases

Rental Charges for BT Business Total Broadband Option 2 and Single will increase with effect from 28th November 2011 in accordance with the following table:

Broadband Rental Charge Increases

Rental charges for the following BT Business Broadband products will increase by an average of 4.5% (excluding VAT) across all products, effective from 1st November 2011:

BT Business Total Broadband Option 3 with Mobile Broadband
