Notifications of new or amended terms & conditions

Brief Description:

1. We have notified in advance to the Office of Communications ("Ofcom") but which have not yet come into effect. BT is obliged to notify such changes to Ofcom under the terms of the Communications Act 2003. Customers should note that advance notification to Ofcom for changes to terms & conditions covers BT's main network services. Advanced notification to Ofcom is not required for many of BT's products and services;

2. We are amending and the variation (or changing the contract) paragraph of those terms & conditions requires us to publish the changes on bt.com.

Entries are listed in the order of notification with the most recent appearing at the top. A notification is removed from the list on the date when its period of notice expires.
