Please note that BT Mobile and EE Mobile are provided under separate terms. If you have bought a Service from BT under the BT Mobile Schedule to the General Terms, the relevant terms can be found under the “Mobile services” dropdown below. If you have bought a Service from BT under the EE Mobile Schedule to the General Terms, the relevant terms can be found under the EE Mobile dropdown below.
You can view a summary of any new or amended terms that will come into effect shortly under the “Changes to terms” heading below. The most recent entries are set out at the top of the list.
Please note that supplementary terms are set out in the BT Price List and they may form part of the contract for the relevant product or service.
Any amendments to the BT Price List will be published in the BT Price List.
Notification to Ofcom
You can also view any new or amended terms for regulated products and services that have been notified to Ofcom here.
These terms apply to any BT customer who has purchased EE Mobile under the General Terms. You can find a copy of your General Terms under the Large Business and Public Sector tab on the Terms of Agreement page.
