BT One Cloud UK
One Cloud UK is a service that provides Centrex and IP Trunk services to businesses and government organisations over a combination of suitable IP based WANs and LANs. The service offers customers a feature rich voice service with integral Call Centre capabilities.

There are two main variants:

BT One Cloud Line Appearances
One Cloud UK Line appearance service provides access to a host of advanced PBX style features from a desktop IP instrument without the need for the provision of a PBX. The service is rented on a per user basis with minimal capital expenditure and can be enhanced by a range of network and user features.  Call traffic between customer’s sites are routed over the customer's IP data network.  The service also provides PSTN breakout.

BT One Cloud Trunk Appearances
A VPN service which allows existing suitably configured PBXs to continue to handle on-site calls, while traffic between the customer's sites is routed over the customer's IP data network.  The service can also offer inbound direct dialling in (DDI) facilities and PSTN breakout.
