Mobile Service (Business) - On or after 19th May 2014

Brief Description:

These conditions apply to customers subscribing to a business Mobile Service (including BT Business Mobile Broadband) as follows:

A business Mobile Service (including BT Business Mobile Broadband) on or after 19th May 2014 whose plan has been tailored or priced using BT’s pricing model known as IMPACT or other bespoke pricing model (including Velocity); and

A standard Business Mobile Plan as set out in the BT Price List Section 10b on or after 04th August 2014.

For the conditions applicable to customers subscribing to a business Mobile Service (including BT Business Mobile Broadband) before the above dates, please see the terms and conditions under Mobile Service (Business) – IMPACT Pre 19th May 2014 & Other Customers Pre 04th August 2014.

For customers whose tariff has been tailored or priced using IMPACT or any other bespoke pricing model (including Velocity) their contract consists of:

The Conditions and Service Schedule set out below;

The Annex set out below, where the services included in the Annex apply;

The BT Price List – Section 10b;

The Order Form and Charges Schedule.

For customers subscribing to a standard Mobile Plan, their contract consists of:
