Brief Description:

BT Business One Plan is a set of converged pricing packages as follows

BT Business One Plan
BT Business One Plan Plus
BT Business One Plan Traditional

These packages enable customers to consolidate specified Fixed (including Broadband) and Mobile Calls and Rental spend in order to benefit from capped calls on fixed calls, together with an annual reward. (Broadband and Mobile is excluded from BT Business One Plan Traditional). The customer must commit to a Committed Spend which is assessed at the end of the first 12 months of the contract.

In addition for BT Business One Plan Plus: Customers with up to 100 BT Access lines only. Customers also benefit from intra-business inclusive calls within the UK to listed accounts, zero rated calling charges.

In order to be eligible for the BT Business One Plan packages,  the customer must take the qualifying services as set out in the Price List.

The services themselves are provided under separate contracts (the standard contracts).
