The quality management system (QMS) implemented by BT Retail has been audited by third party accredited certification body, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and found to meet the requirements of the internationally recognised QMS standard, ISO 9001:2008. The LRQA certification relates only to the QMS and does not imply product or service approval.
