Enjoy the freedom at home and away
The BT Home Hub has a built-in wireless (Wi-Fi) adapter that sends the broadband signal through the air using radio waves rather than wiring. This gives you the freedom to position your computer where you wish in your home, avoiding the need for trailing cables or extra phone sockets.
But there's more to Wi-Fi than freedom from wires around your home. If you've a wireless-enabled device (for example, laptops purchased within the last year or two have wireless built in), you can access the internet through a Wi-Fi connection at thousands of access points (hotspots) in an increasing number of places such as cafés, hotels and airports in the UK and abroad.
BT FON Wi-Fi minutes are included in your BT Total Broadband package at no extra cost*.

* BT FON is available only to BT Total Broadband residential customers. Opt-in required. Monthly access minute allowance per connection: Option 1 - 250, Option 2 - 350, Option 3 - unlimited (500 in BT Openzone hotspots). Unused monthly minutes cannot be carried forward.
