ChildLine receives over 4000 calls from children a day

ChildLine** provides a free, confidential helpline for any child or young person in the UK. Trained counsellors advise, comfort and protect children who feel they have nowhere else to turn. The service is always in high demand and an annual donation of 12 from you will mean that more children can get the help they need.
Making a difference is easy
BT makes it simple for you to support this service. When you pay your BT bills by Whole Bill Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan* you can turn your monthly £1 saving into a monthly donation to ChildLine. How can I make my donation?

It's easy. If you already pay your BT bill by Whole Bill Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan*, call
0800 800 150 .
Make sure you have your BT account number ready. This is on your bill. You can opt out at any time by calling us on 0800 800 150 .
You can also make one-off donations through our Social Policy Unit. Send cheques made payable to 'ChildLine' to BT ChildLine Office, 2nd Floor, Friary House, Briton St, SO14 3LX.

*Monthly Payment Plan terms and conditions
Monthly Payment Plan is subject to status. Written quotation available on request. The Payment Plan will include the monthly fee of any product or service you've ordered PLUS estimate call spend. Monthly amounts payable may vary. Lower rental is subject to payment of any outstanding bills required. BT reserves the right to bill separately any charges due in respect of any service provided or equipment supplied. There is no charge for credit (0% APR).

Monthly Payment Plan and Direct Debit Payment methods
If you choose to pay by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit you must make sure that all outstanding bills are paid before changing the payment method to take advantage of the reduced rental. BT's standard terms and conditions may apply on cessation of your Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit.

**ChildLine Donations
Childline is a registered charity 1003758 of 45 Folgate St, London E1 6GL. If you qualify to receive reduced line rental you may wish to donate your monthly saving of £1 to ChildLine. When you do so, you will see an increase in your monthly/quarterly bill of an amount equivalent to the donation, but overall rental charges will not increase. Full details of your rental and ChildLine Donation will appear on your invoice.

***Gift Aid Declaration:
This enables ChildLine to reclaim the tax paid on your Donation from the Inland Revenue of 28p for each 1 you donate - at no extra cost to you. In order for ChildLine to receive this, you must be a UK Tax payer and a Residential customer. [THIS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS]

You may cancel your ChildLine donation at any time by telephoning 0800 800 150 but retain your reduced monthly line rental through your Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit. BT reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
