Account Number: This is your BT account number. Use this when making any enquiry to BT about your account.

Bill number: Uniquely identifies your bill. Use this reference number when making enquiries about this bill.

Number: The telephone number that this bill relates to.

Bill date: The date that this bill was issued.

Total: The total amount on your account.

Payment charges: lists charges that relate to payments on your account

Payment processing fee: From 1 May, BT introduced a fee for customers who do not pay their telephone bills by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan. It is a discrete charge for methods of payment which cost BT more to process. The payment processing fee is charged by BT Payment Services Ltd, a separate BT Group company. If you pay by Monthly Payment Plan or Whole Bill Direct Debit, this fee will not be incurred.
