Number: The telephone number that this bill relates to.

Bill date: The date that this bill was issued.

Total: The total amount on your account.

Paperfree bill discount lists the discount that is applied to your account if you are signed up for paperfree billing. The charges are shown for each month and are excluding VAT.

Friends & Family lists your nominated numbers for which you receive a discount.

Qualifying period shows the dates for which the discount was applied

Cost before benefit is the total cost of all calls made to the telephone number in the Friends & Family group. The cost that is shown is the cost before any discount has been applied.

Total benefit is the total discount that has been applied against calls made to the telephone number in the Friends & Family group.

BT Credit Card lists any discounts you have earned from using a BT Credit Card. Discounts will be shown based on your monthly credit card spend and should match the discount shown on your corresponding BT Credit Card statement.

Date: the date shown is the date of the relevant BT Credit Card statement

Description: This shows the name of the BT Credit Card account holder who has elected to have their discounts applied to this particular BT bill.

Discount: If you add VAT to the amount of the BT Credit Card Discount shown here, this amount will match the discount shown on your corresponding monthly BT Credit Card statement. It is this inc. VAT amount which is deducted from your BT bill.
