Number: The telephone number that this bill relates to.

Bill date: The date that this bill was issued.

Total: The total amount on your account.

Evening & Weekend: Calls made Saturday, Sunday, or Weekdays, 6PM - 6AM. Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.

International: Calls to numbers outside the UK (including calls to Eire). Calls from Northern Ireland to Eire are charged at UK call charge rates. Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.

Mobile: Calls made TO a mobile. Mobile operators receive over 50% of the cost of these calls. Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.

View by numbers called: Click here to view your bill grouped by the numbers you called during the billing period. All calls to the same number will appear as one line on the bill. Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.

View by names called: Click here to view your bill grouped by name where you have entered a name against a telephone number in your Personal Address Book (e.g. "Mum & Dad”). Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.

View by destinations called: This will display your bill grouped by the geographical areas you have called. All calls to the same area code (e.g. 01473, 0207 etc) will appear as one line. Calls to non-geographic numbers such as 0845 and 0870 will appear under the heading "Special Svce". Click on the blue description to see the itemised breakdown.
