Account and bill number: Uniquely identifies your bill. Use this reference number when making enquiries about this bill.

Phone number: The telephone number that this bill relates to.

Bill date: The date that this bill was issued.


Date: This shows the date for which charges/credits are applied.

New charges: This specific example indicates when you took out the service/product with us and the charge is from that date until the date of this bill.

Charges in advance: BT charges in advance for its products and services. This is your rental for the service/product for the next billing period.


One-off ChargesLists charges that relate to products or services that you have ordered which require a one off payment e.g. connection charge.
