Set up a Direct Debit

For convenience, you can switch to paying your bill automatically by Direct Debit. You'll save £18 a year because you avoid the payment processing fee. You won't risk late payment charges either, because you can't forget to pay. The easiest way to set up a Direct Debit is to register for online billing.

With online billing you can also:

• Save another £15 a year by going paper-free (if you pay by Direct Debit)
• Check your recent call costs
• View all your bills, stored online for 6 months
