If you want to tell us that you've recently paid your bill, here is an easy and convenient way to do this, using this online service.

You will be asked to indicate whether your payment was a 'Full' payment - covering the full bill amount - or a 'Partial' payment - if you paid less than the full bill amount, and you either have made or will be making, further part-payments up to the full bill amount.
